I don’t know. Just thinking out loud basically. It seems odd to me that a president can just ban forms of travel to another country. It should be my right to travel to any country I wish.

 

Based on what? The Constitution addresses the rights of Americans when within or subject to the jurisdiction of the US Government. To my knowledge, it does not cover the right to go shopping in Cuba.

Everything is constitutional unless it can be shown to violate a specific constitutional provision. Don't ask the board's legal people to tell you why something is constitutional if you can't even identify the Amendment it arguably violates.
