Oh I completely agree but as I said to Alma, the concept of premiums and taxes is not what I had in mind. Premiums as taxes that is a net win for the taxpayer is fine. But he said premiums plus increased taxes which makes me wonder if it will be a net win. Especially when his whole spiel is insurance companies and the rich are evil, this sounds like a plan that doesn't screw them but screws everyone else.
