Tap, I honestly don’t know what the number might be, but it can’t be good. I’m thinking it might be 30 percent, but that is speculation from having worked on political campaigns since leaving newspapers. When an incumbent can’t get 30 percent of the numbers against, they get worried and start spending money.

 

Todd will want a big advance to give that up. The problem is that no one is going to actually pay money for his book.
