I've figured out what to do with all the district judges appointed under Trump/McConnell:
Getting rid of a federal judge is almost impossible.
Go straight Office Space on them.
Appoint new judges, give the new judges their offices and red staplers, and stop paying them.
If they want to show up every day and sit in the lobby or outside on a park bench, oh well.

 

The House of Representatives shall chose their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.

The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.
Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States; but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.

I don’t think this language obligates the Senate to do anything but that’s way outside my expertise.

Among other things it says a president may be impeached and removed for certain action(s), and then face separate criminal trials for the same actions, including punishment if convicted.

Just pass a law appointing two new judges for every one appointed by Trump. Perfectly constitutional.
