Don't think some of these roads don't lead to Boy Wonder.
There's a reason Kushner had teatime with McConnell the other day.
And not because Kushner is some master strategist.

Oh are you kidding? - When Trump goes down, 90 percent of Team Trump will profess to have never really "known him." Fox News prime time hosts will suddenly extoll the work of their news division who never took a dive and profess to having great admiration for Trump, but blame his failure on a staff not serving him well.

I don’t like using looks as the fodder for jokes, but this is great

Yeah, that was a significant item this week. Although Mitch must hold Kushner in total contempt, it is just possible Putin has info on him and Kushner was relaying that message.

That's what I'm thinking. A caretaker government, and whoever runs may have to take one for the team.

And again, right out in the open: "Surely you can't believe I would be so stupid to openly abuse the classification system to cover up impeachable offenses, therefore I must be innocent."

"President Trump told two senior Russian officials in a 2017 Oval Office meeting that he was unconcerned about Moscow’s interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election because the United States did the same in other countries, an assertion that prompted alarmed White House officials to limit access to the remarks to an unusually small number of people, according to three former officials with knowledge of the matter.

The comments, which have not been previously reported, were part of a now-infamous meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, in which Trump revealed highly classified information that exposed a source of intelligence on the Islamic State. He also said during the meeting that firing FBI Director James B. Comey the previous day had relieved “great pressure” on him."

It's valid, but hiring someone's kid to an overpaid job in an attempt to gain access/influence is a pretty vanilla low end corruption. There has been no evidence that there was wrongdoing by either of them, and they were cleared in a Ukrainian investigation. How diligent that investigation was I don't know.

It's certainly less corrupt than installing your daughter and son-in-law in the White House for fun and profit.
