I had a coworker who (nicest guy in the world, great to be around, besides this flaw, a good coworker), whenever he said “here’s the thing”, you knew the next words out of his mouth would be a lie. “Here’s the thing, the schedule said the game was at 1, but the game was actually played at 10, so I missed it.”
It was like he used the phrase as a pause that would allow him to come up with an explanation for why he messed up.
“Here’s the thing, there was really bad traffic, that’s why I am late.”
With trump, there are some keywords, “beautiful,” “amazing,” “perfect”, “great,” where you should know that the remainder of what he says is either a lie, or at the least he has no idea what he’s talking about and is just spewing out nonsense.
If you take all his tweets or answers to questions from that perspective, it becomes much easier to decode him.
Or as Ron Howard would say on arrested development when trump says “it was perfect” - “it wasn’t”.

 

So why do you feel the need to not only follow him on Facebook, but also post his content here?

Who cares what he has to say?
