People everywhere, please ignore the red herrings being thrown out by Trump and his minions and focus on the big issue:

Trump ADMITS in the very transcript he released that he's asking the Ukraine president for a favor which involves his political opponent.

IF Trump never does that, there's no whistleblowing. Don't blame the messenger or how the message is delivered, focus on what actually happened.

When you find out your wife/husband cheated on you, does it matter how you find out? Who told you? The fact remains that the person was unfaithful, doesn't matter how you get the story right? If it does, then you're not dealing with the true fact at issue.

 

Volker might be the guy with the receipts. Maybe. Probably not. Trump will be POTUS for the next 10 years before handing the White House over to Ivanka.

I think about that a lot, too, then I remind myself “easy to say as a straight white male citizen with a good job.”

Local government will always effect us much more than national, even if they’re a fraction as interesting, but I feel a lot of what we’re debating now is big picture stuff about who we are, who we’re going to be and how that manifests itself in policies that will effect my everyday.

Do you know what its like to grow up being told from Day 1 "anyone can be president", "we are all created equal", then walk into a restaurant in America and have everyone give you the stink eye simply because of the color of your skin? Or how about leaving your home and worrying whether the color of your skin will get you pulled over for nothing? Then in 2017 have the elected president say after a racist, nationalistic march where one of the racists deliberately runs over a peaceful protester killing her "there are fine people on both sides?"

Is Trunp acting, sounding or looking like a guy who's on top of it all and beloved by most or even like by 50 percent? He's in deep trouble and he knows it.
