    While I’m glad another has come forward, I wish he had hired a different attorney. Both whistleblowers being repped by the same firm will be the basis for conspiracy theorists - Trump included - to dismiss them both.

    It's a very specialized field of law, and this guy and his partner are the acknowledged aces in it. The whistleblowers have more immediate needs than avoiding Fox News conspiracy theories, which of course will happen no matter what. They want the best representation they can get for someone in their very tough spot.
