    For me, as I think it is for most Westerners, it's about ISIS. The idea of thousands of those fucking jackals now pouring out of camps and into Europe makes me want to puke. That's not a partisan thing. That's just, like, I don't much care for terrorists thing.

    Truth is, the Republicans didn't buy the monkey. They monkey forced his way onto them. Think back to the primaries and how horrified they were by him. They slowly embraced him when they couldn't beat him, but with the exception of maybe Steve Bannon and Robert and Rebekah Mercer, it's not like Trump was really something anyone wanted until it was him or Hillary Clinton.
