I find it hard to believe that a former U.S. attorney would have dirt on a guy from the same town who:
--created a fake university to scam people
--robbed a veteran's charity resulting in a multi-million dollar fine
--forces the men and women who protect him to pay for food, lodging and cart rentals
--routinely receives payments from foreign interests because he refused to divest from his businesses
--refused to release his tax returns
--helped Saudis cover up a murder
--paid off a former sex partner (who he paid for sex while married to his third wife) to keep quiet in order to influence the outcome of an election....then disparaged her as "horseface."
--orders the VP and the military to use his overseas resort properties
--pardoned war criminals
--became the first POTUS in history to complain about an election he won
--committed witness intimidation on multiple occasions

 

Don't forget:
-- was accused of assault and rape in some detail by his first wife and mother of three oldest children, only to have those accusations suddenly dropped upon a financial settlement.
