The states that have legalized legal recreational/medical MJ should have nothing to worry about, since state's rights over the power of the over-reaching Federal government is one of the bedrocks of the GOP. You know, like when Reagan let the states continue to determine the legal drinking age for their citizens, and didn't let the over-reaching Federal government set a universal standard that was different than the existing rule of law in many states.
