Yes, she was. For all the talk of her resigning, she's still running things and pulling strings behind the scenes. She's been seen in the Wallace elevator sneaking in the back way to Bentley's office a couple of times too, including once when the elevator got stuck with her in it.

 

Nothing regarding our 74 year old idiot governor who pissed away a 50 year marriage and every bit of respect anyone had for him (which was precious little) for his forty something (mother of three) chippy is PG13 except for his incredibly clueless phone sex tape.

She was the alt-governor before the term was ever invented.

 

Ever read a book called The Bible? There's this story in there about this society of assholes. Buncha savages. Selfish, pig headed, ignorant as shit. So bad that that God sent this Jesus dude to tell them to they'll never see Heaven if they don't stop fucking off and start treating each other how they would like to be treated. These folks were so appreciative of the advise they strung him up and killed him.
