She was right about them being deplorable. They are racist, homophobic, xenophobic... and violent. And he has made them vociferous and out front. She was not being politically correct. She was calling a rapist a rapist and a pig a pig. And the thin skinned daughterfucking deplorables were melting like a snowflake on a truck engine.

 

But not 2009-2017 for some reason......

I'm not saying she was wrong. But when it's to your advantage to have some thin skinned daughterfucking deplorables vote for you, maybe it's a good idea not to piss them off.

To quote a racist, homophobic, xenophobic U.S. Senator, elections have consequences. The 2016 election had huge consequences that our country as we knew it may not recover from.

The world isn't black and white nor is it a one-hour TV drama. Winning elections is about winning votes. You don't win votes by telling people they are stupid.

Sure, Trump is an Olympic-sized grifter. But, for the average American, he's been worth every stolen penny.

The Dems need to countervail and try to reach the sensible people. Namely the suburban women who voted for Trump against all logic.

 

It’s going to be so funny when trump and fox and the rest of the Hitler youth who called Michelle Obama a gorilla and a man and who got offended when Melania was (justifiably) called an escort and a whore, start calling Pete Buttigieg’s husband “First Lady”.

First and foremost, I am a fisherman. With nearly five decades of experience, I have caught far more fish by luring them in with something that they believed was in their interest to swallow than sticking my head under the water and screaming, "Get in the boat you stupid, ignorant, fucking fish!"
