    It is noteworthy that nobody is listening to him on the virus at all, not even Republicans in Congress. Ted Cruz knew enough to self-quarantine.

    Katrina was 15 years ago. You’re thinking of a different hurricane (probably Ike). But yes, 12 years ago there was an oil spike, gas was over $5 a gallon in a lot of places and that did break the economy’s back.
