The pro gun control majority in this country doesn't mind a bit seeing a candidate tear one of these gun huggers a new one in public. Not one bit.

I do love the sudden concern about a potential President using bad language.

And Hamm thought the $1 billion check he had to write when he got divorced was a bad day.

It would be ridiculous to give the shale drillers a bail out. They way overleveraged themselves and there is no way out. At best, they will take the bailout money and cut their losses a little and some of their lenders won't lose everything, but a lot of them NEED to go belly up. 40 percent of what they are bringing up from the ground is being done unprofitably. And demand has been declining and is starting to fall off a cliff.

The Saudis and the Russians know how indebted our oil patch is. And they also know that the best cure for $25 a barrel oil (where we are likely headed) is going to be. ... $25 a barrel oil. This is what happens when leverage and debt go berzerk. You need a deleveraging, which = bankruptcies.

Harold Hamm will be OK. Or maybe not. He was probably worth about $15 to $20 billion 5 or 6 years ago. His net worth has really had to have slid a lot since then. Now? He'll just have to figure out how to get by on $2 or $3 billion.

I feel so bad for Harold Hamm. He'll surely refuse the bailout. That's socialism, right?

Guns and fetuses. It’s the only thing their simple minds can comprehend.

Looks to me Biden's listed weight of 185 is pretty much on the money.

I've seen you guess at the carnival in the past. If you say Biden weighs 185, it means he actually weighs 94 pounds.
