I don't doubt you. I haven't seen the video. But why would he do it that way if he's working off a teleprompter? Wouldn't he just order the change in the electronic text so he could read it off the screen instead off the paper? This is more a statement of amazement on my part than anything.

 

This is when you have to seriously talk about invoking the 25th Amendment (of course it won’t happen).
