    All you need to do is hold a press conference holding up the paper with the line item on it for the $150 million slush fund and say, "at a time of desperate need for our country's people, THIS is their concern."

    I read that the GOP proposal didn’t require disclosure of who received bailout monies for 6 months (coincidentally, after the election). If that is true, no Democrat should vote for the plan.

    Joe Manchin said he wasn't going to vote for it unless Democrats' concerns were addressed. I'd guess that makes the caucus pretty close to unanimous.
    PS: Six months from when money is dispensed. So the crooked stuff would have to wait until May 4th.
