I stand by my statement, Doc. Also, very glad to have you back. A voice I've missed.

 

The more I think about all this, I don’t think the number of deaths will hurt a Trump that much. I honestly don’t think crazy unemployment and a crashed stock market will hurt him with his base as much as some think.

Where I think the real damage will be done is when people with health insurance, that they pay for, are turned away at hospital doors in Blacksburg, Nashville, Plano, Boise, and a thousand bum fuck locals all over the south if this keeps spreading.

There will be pictures and videos and stories of people dying in cars outside of hospitals and that is hard for anyone to grasp. And there are all those audio clips of him calling it a hoax and it will just go away.

That’s what will lose the election for him or make him step down and let Pence run in the fall.

 

Cruise ships are gross. Unlike air travel, the cruise industry is not a necessary part of the economy or even the travel industry. If people can't take cruises, they'll do day trips on the water instead and stay at the same nice hotel each night of their stay.
Cruise ships do not transport commercial products. They do not provide smooth, quick transportation of humans. They are and always have been magnets for disease.
