Mississippi, Louisiana and Georgia are the 3 states with the highest percentage population of African-Americans. Georgia is in play and Louisiana has a Democratic governor (a crook's son to boot.)

None of them is in play. Trumpists control access to the ballot box and, in at least the cases of Georgia and Mississippi, the actual tabulation mechanism.
