So, it took about a day to undo any gains he made yesterday in sounding like he gave a damn? In other words, he's right on schedule.

He talked to Uncle Vlad today. It was a beautiful phone call. A fantastic call.

All of a sudden, he started talking about planeloads of cash. (What brought that to mind?)

Now: Families are coming together to love one another. But there may be domestic violence, I don't know.

 

Gas will be 99 cents soon. It's like a big tax cut!!

 

He went on for 10-some minutes about making business lunches tax deductibile. Remember that on the way to granny's grave.

 

That's a great analogy if only it was true. Epidemiologists within the government and the private sector were warning us for months this was coming, and told us exactly what to do to avoid China's fate.

It's hard to fathom that we hope to lose just 200,000 fellow Americans, but it's even more painful to know most of those deaths could have been avoided if only we'd listened to the scientists.

 

If she "didn't have" the information, she should have erred on the side of caution --- or just shut up entirely. Instead, she ENCOURAGED large groups to get together --- on Feb. freaking 24. More than a month AFTER the first confirmed US case of the virus --- and with 53 US cases already confirmed --- she said the virus that originated in China "shouldn’t be carried over to Chinatown in San Francisco."

You know, it doesn't matter if an electrician "knows more" about electricity than me. Or has the MOST information. If I encourage someone to stick a knife in an electrical socket, the damage done to that person is MY fault.

The depths people will sink to in defense of their "side" is staggering.

 

Surfed past today's dog and pony show to see a reporter start asking a question about domestic violence and Trump asked "Mexican violence?"
