Now he's furloughed all the South Koreans who work for the military over there, in some lamebrain attempt to extort more money from ROK to pay for the troops we station in their country. ROK already substantially increased the annual amount this year. Military officials in ROK say these workers provide "vital" services, which is about as far as they can go in essentially saying our CIC is f**king up big-time again by firing them.
