Josh Barro of Business Insider raises a good point. The person with the most to gain from the "Trump in trouble" narrative is the person he can't fire -- Pence.

 

Really. If you want a change of subject card, have your plant ask about the dam in California or your nominee for Labor secretary or something even remotely on point. I suppose I should be grateful that they're at least incompetently evil, but it is almost offensive on some level.
