I did read it. There was a deliberate policy decision not to add a maximum revenue qualification. I would prefer no one lose their jobs, but the real fault was the insufficient pool of money.

 

And two of them are Trumpist states. Wonder what Pence thinks of Indiana aligning with a bunch of libruhls. I'm sure he thinks God is displeased.

As I noted in the other thread, Virginia's governor opened his presser yesterday noting that he had consulted and worked closely with governments in D.C., Maryland and North Carolina when making decisions. No mention of West By God.
