    I have posted this before, but Trump defying the Supreme Court would undo McConnell's project of rigging the courts as a Republican stronghold. This would cause a break within the Congressional Republicans. Also, these cases involve records of third parties, not Trump personally. He'd have to confiscate them with force. A difficult trick in our digital era.
