Making an instant enemy and potential leaker in DNI Coats, one of the very few Trump appointments popular with both Republicans and Democrats in Congress AND the people Coats is supervising. Presidents have been seeking total control of intelligence for their own ends since forever, and the harder they try, the worse it goes for them. Ask Richard Nixon. I assume the agencies will respond in the usual way. First, try co-option. He's there to ask questions, so he'll need guides from within just to know the basics. Make sure Feinberg has close aides who are showing him what a great job everybody's doing. Bury him in paper on the pretense of helpfulness. If this fails, we'll see any number of leaked stories to the effect that "Feinberg can't tell his ass from first base." Pretty soon, Feinberg realizes being a rich guy in New York is a better life than trying to herd the spooks in DC and departs.

I have a friend who was railing about "nothing good economically happened during the last 8 years" when explaining their support for Trump.

I pulled up a chart on my phone showing the last ten years and showed it to them. It's on the Stocks app on my iPhone, check it out, sj.com readers.

Didn't make a bit of difference. They loves them some Trump.

It would require a whole chart at this point to figure out old members with new names.

I don't know much about him, but some quick research indicates that Acosta doesn't seem to be a loathsome, despicable human being like Puzder, at least. I'm sure folks will be reviewing those 125 opinions with which he was involved during his tenure at the NLRB, though.

Has been confirmed by the Senate three times for various jobs. Clearly qualified.

    He'll get confirmed easily.

The biggest impediment to the two-state solution to attempt to create more harmony is that one of the states is pretty much almost the nation's entire interior, dividing what would remain of America in two pieces and effectively making it a three-state solution.
