And if Trump stopped tweeting, he'd no longer be a racist, emotionally-stunted manchild criminal with the IQ of a doorknob?

The way that Trump gets through the day is to show that someone else dealing with the same or a similar issue wasn’t 100 percent perfect. He then magnifies whatever that real or perceived shortcoming is (so the conversation is about the degree of what the other person may have done wrong while hammering home the assumption that the other person was not perfect). He then claims that he is handling that issue so much better than what the other person did and even if he only did one out of 10 things right, to constantly talk about that one thing.

Once you see the playbook, it’s more pathetic than anything else.

    Whataboutism + fragile ego = Trump's playbook

    Lovely every time of year.

But the other side is guilty of that as well --- they just trumpet the cases instead of pooh-poohing them.

Saying "State X had more cases today than New York EVER had in a single day" omits the fact that thousands of infected, asymptomatic New Yorkers in April were NEVER tested and therefore never REVEALED to be infected.

    This is factually correct.

Also, a virus doesn't have "sides." It just makes you sick.

If We The People could simply start by agreeing that a deadly virus is a bad thing and that we need to take measures to protect ourselves from it, we'd be in a much better place. That there is any sort of controversy around that basic fact should be embarrassing to all of us.

What BTE said is factually correct and what you said is logically correct. And yet.

    Dissonance is a helluva drug.

    That is a money assessment.

Sometimes I see evaluations of this pathetic child that are so concise that no further overanalysis of his sorry ass is needed.

If I quit testing my students, we wouldn't have any class failures.
If cops quit doing field sobriety tests, DUIs would drop to zero.
If a tree fell in the woods and nobody was around, it wouldn't make a sound.

Just wait for Trump to pull out Obama's red line. It's coming. Miller'll make sure of it.
