I continue to disagree with you on this, but I can understand and respect the decision you made. What I don't get is why you moved from "lesser of 2 evils" to defender of all things Trump. At least Spicer is getting paid for it.

 

To me, Pence's lowest moment was when he agreed to be on the ticket. So far he's managed to avoid the stench, which is remarkable.

 

Jimmy Johnson and Bill Parcells did OK under this arrangement, and Jason Garrett is on his way.

 

But just think how good the Cowboys could have been had Jerry's ego not gotten in the way. (I mean, I'm glad it didn't. But he squandered a hell of an opportunity.)

We probably won't see a Democratic Governor from Texas, Georgia, or Arkansas ascend to the WH any time soon, yet three recent Dem presidents came from these offices.

Yes, I fondly remember President Ann Richards. The Bowling Green Massacre and Invasion of Sweden would never have happened on her watch.
