    And if we keep following this path, having a joint in a gender-inappropriate restroom could mean the chair in some states.

    (Blue font or not blue font? That is the question).

    The vast majority of whites in the South didn't welcome blacks in their bathrooms. What about their rights? Wouldn't having additional separate bathrooms have accommodated those concerns?
