No, I'm arguing that it's discrimination to make everyone have three bathrooms and to ban transexuals from using the gender-specific one that they may wish to use.

If you have three bathrooms, then heterosexuals have the choice of two of them, either the one for their gender, or the unisex. Transexuals don't have that option. They would be forced into going in the unisex one.
