In 2o13, Obama nominated three judges to fill three vacancies on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals. Chuck Grassley, Tom Cotton and Lindsey Graham introduced legislation to reduce the circuit's size from 11 to 8 judges.

The SDNY is the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Therefore any pardon Fatfuck got from any president, be it Jeezus Boy Puntz or himself, would apply to charges brought by the SDNY.

What people are thinking of, I presume, is the Attorney General of the State of New York. For that, Fatfuck would need a pardon from the governor, Andrew Cuomo. Good luck with that one.

Oh, also on the subject of pardons: no president can explicitly promise a pardon in exchange for any action. That's actually called a "Quid Quo Pro."

Pence could say, "OK fine, sure, yeah yeah, whatever you want, I promise," then Fatfuck resigns, and then President Pence says, "after further review, I have decided a pardon would not be appropriate." What's Fatfuck gonna do, call the cops?

That's why if there are any pardons for Fatfuck involved, they will be awarded by Donald J. Trump, God Emperor Fatfuck himself.

What's the point of all this SCOTUS packing if you don't think they'll save your own ass when you really need it? Who could possibly doubt for a second that Fatfuck didn't make the same demands of Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett he made of Sessions, Comey and Barr: unconditional personal loyalty?
