Mitch will put stimulus on the back burner. It's all about the Covid.

If he does, Biden and Pelosi need to make him pay.

Reminder that nobody has provided a single tiny thread of evidence that Hunter Biden ever touched any of these laptops.

Roger that. I have a feeling that the FBI will find plenty of fishy stuff about it. Question is when anything is announced about it, and do we get another Comey moment kind of thing.

Judge rejects settlement over stalled student debt relief claims, blames DeVos for harming borrowers

"A federal judge on Monday rejected a proposed settlement between the Trump administration and defrauded borrowers after the Education Department revealed its widespread denials of requests for student debt cancellation.

U.S. District Judge William Alsup in the Northern District of California blasted Education Secretary Betsy DeVos for denying 94 percent of the debt relief claims the department has processed since reaching the agreement in April.

“The Secretary’s new perfunctory denial notices undermine the proposed settlement, contradict her original justification for delay, raise substantial questions under [federal law] and may impose irreparable harm upon the class of student-loan borrowers,” Alsup wrote in his decision."

There's something perversely majestic about how Trump has just looked at all of politics and proven that it's fake and doesn't matter. So many politicians have had campaigns or careers derailed by the common agreement that this is what should happen when you get caught in a scandal, sometimes they even resign.

But Trump absolutely does not care at all, and somehow he's convinced the party not to care to even as they got crushed in 2018. Maybe that changes if they get crshed again? I don't know at this point.

But the President of the United States has a secret Chinese bank account. And nobody is really going to care. Five years ago, I would have considered that too far-fetched to be an interesting premise for a cheap airport paperback. Now I'm not sure it's going to be able to hold the news cycle for 48 hours.

It's resources. Biden and his surrogates are needed in the less diverse areas, as well as the areas that Clinton spurned in 2016 (hence the emphasis on Michigan and Wisconsin).

Philly can be covered by the ad buys elsewhere in Pennsylvania and the national ad buys.

Go where there are more minds to change.
