So is printing up billions of dollars of $100s daily and shipping it out in cargo trucks.

He's a criminal. He doesn't give a fuck if something's illegal -- in fact, he enjoys it. Only suckers and losers follow the law.

Very? Then there are at least 10,000 lawyers in America with equal or better qualifications. Was she a full professor at a 2nd tier law school? The best Professors often take on appellate work. Publish law review articles at a minimum and text books. If there are 20 better law schools each with 40 full professors with an excess of 20 years legal experience having written briefs and argued cases in Courts of Appeal, they too are very qualified. Other professors at schools similar to hers are more distinguished. Many State and Federal Judges have more extensive and varied experience. Every solicitor general and their deputies have more broader experience and more written work product.
She was appointed for her politics not her minimal qualifications.

Trump needs to be stopped. Before it is too late.

What's funny is that she isn't and neither is Kavanaugh.

They got appointed because they were GOP hired guns in Bush v. Gore and have since kept their names going by putting forth dubious legal reasoning.

Kavanaugh isn't some monk and dedicated legal scholar. His concurrence last night was one of the most error-riddled documents issued by a Justice in recent memory.

Barrett is consistently described as a devout Catholic, as that was some sort of proof she was something other than a tier 2 law school graduate, who happened to practice the same-ish faith as a SCOTUS justice, who she then clerked for. and after her hired gun stint, went on to teach at the same tier 2 law school she graduated from.

She got the appeals judgeship because her affiliation with Scalia elevated her on the Federalist Society list.

That's it. Those are her qualifications. There's no deep scholarship that's widely accepted. There's no notion she's some bright legal mind. She's a willing accomplice to Trump's politics and is already appearing in campaign ads.

If she was serious, she wouldn't have had Thomas swear her in.

    She isn't.

There's Republicans out there who care great deeply about appearances and the law, and they're horrified by her and Kavanaugh as well.

They got what they wanted, but it was all predicated on the Democrats not answering back in kind or not being able to. The only thing keeping court expansion from happening now is the Dems not winning.

Even normies like Manchin are on board. Just need to get to 50 senators and Biden in the White House.

They could have easily picked much more qualified candidates. They chose not to. That should tell you all you need to know.

Not the dark money PACs. That's the whole point of having them, they can take in more and spend more with little or no paper trail.

You may disagree on whether that's an "ad for Trump," but from Trump's perspective it clearly is

BTW, she’s not a devout Catholic. She’s a follower of a fringe extremist group that’s affiliated with Catholicism. She’s a version of a non Protestant evangelical

Right. But she’s just getting sworn in. She’s not advertising for him. She may not even vote for him for all I know.
