So the whole thing is riding on how blue the rest of the votes are, particularly in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. And the President claims he "won," even though he trails in the general results and the current as-it-stands Electoral College.

Sam, you deserve a T-shirt that says, "I stayed up all night for this?"

Same. And lost two friends to COVID, which is much worse than my having to move, or not having work.
    It's all awful.

So much for closing the gap in Michigan -- lead is up near 200,000

Apparently a county had 150,000 for Biden instead of 15,000

Cannot comprehend, gingerbread. Lost someone back home - friend of a friend of the family, but still a kind, wonderful woman - and while I feel bad for not being there, it's tempered by the fact that I couldn't do much to be there even if I found my way back ... because pandemic.

I'm in one of your old stomping grounds. No worthwhile work here, and I'm trying to figure out if I don't know enough of the right people or if it's the pandemic. Might go back ... still mulling options.

Nate Silver's most recent blog post says if Michigan trends blue, we're basically back to where everything stood 24 hours ago. Biden would have an 88 percent chance of election.

    Well, come on you Michiganders!

This is like a Mitch McConnell wet dream if things keep trending this way:

    -Wins re-election
    -Stays majority leader
-Gets judges he spent a lifetime aiming to get
-Doesn’t have to deal with Donald Trump anymore

    That crafty fucking turtle.

This is about the most positive post I've seen from Nate the entire evening:

    NOV. 4, 5:57 AM

If Biden wins AZ, NV, MI and WI that's ballgame. He could lose PA, GA and NC and he'd still have 270.

I think he would still need those handful of EC votes from Maine as well. Larger point still stands.

... and more obstruction if Biden wins. The world would be a better place without Moscow Mitch.

It was a reporting error. Instead of submitting 15,000, they added an extra zero
