I'm not concerned about Joe doing it. Pence is another matter entirely.

On one hand I want to say it's a gooftastic error, and on the other that it's a very old-person thing to do (screwing up a location), and one I've watched my own parent do.

Nah. You're making the same mistake oop makes. You see how I argue to THIS audience. You don't see how I argue to other audiences, where other, uh, ''colors'' are shown.

(Just the other day I scolded YF for claiming that Hillary didn't concede immediately, when in fact she called Trump five minutes after the 2016 election was called).

I insist people get shit right.

If the trump clowns couldn’t book a hotel in Philly, what makes anyone think they can write legal briefs in State and federal courts in Nevada, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Arizona in the next 10 days? They have to knock out 4 states. And convince courts only to erase Biden votes.

According the the Defector article, Rudy wanted a location close to the interstate with a fenced in area.

It’s that simple and that strange.

The article a page or two back said that the Four Seasons was chosen for it's proximity to the I-95 on ramp. Rudy wanted to spend as little time in Philly as possible, and this spot offered him a quick getaway.

"But, most importantly, the Trump campaign wanted a spot with easy access to an I-95 off-ramp. Four Seasons Total Landscaping, which also said the campaign was looking for a site with a convenient I-95 off-ramp and a gate, did offer that amenity. It turns out the location was chosen for no other reason than Rudy Giuliani wanting to spend as little time in Philadelphia as possible before being driven back to New York.

This is basically what the New York Times reported. Trump did think the press conference was at the Four Seasons hotel, which is why he tweeted it initially. It would be tremendously funny if the campaign booked a Four Seasons for the press conference, only to find out it was a landscaping business instead of a hotel. But honestly, that they booked the yard of a landscaping company intentionally, just so that Rudy Giuliani didn’t have to spend too much time in the car before and after making baseless accusations of voter fraud? That’s even funnier—and a fitting end to the Trump presidency.
