That's not a Marine. That's a member of the 3rd Infantry - the 'Old Guard' stationed at Ft. Myer that, among other things, guards the Tomb of the Unknowns and performs funeral honors at Arlington.

The One and Only Party of Life:

Reflecting what has largely been a red state-blue state divide in the U.S., Republican Gov. Kevin Stitt of Oklahoa has refused to impose a mask mandate, citing concerns about enforcement and a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Instead, he held a news conference this week with doctors from across the state who implored residents to wear masks.
In North Dakota, nurses opposed GOP Gov. Doug Burgum’s move to allow health care workers who test positive to remain on the job, saying scientifically proven measures such as a mask mandate should be tried first. Burgum has declined to do that.

In Idaho, Republican Gov. Brad Little also resisted calls for a statewide mask requirement even as health clinics grappled with dozens of staff absences and thousands of calls from people seeking help.

how strong is the local and national ad market?

has the pandemic affected buys? are companies like chain restaurants pulling back creating more inventory?

totally guessing, but i would think with the pandemic the avails should be there.
