Russian interference wasn't about the electoral process. The crimes were committed during campaigning. There's a difference between doing illegal shit to convince people to vote for you, and doing illegal shit to mess with the casting and counting of ballots.

 

I for once agree with you. 2016 was fair; Russian influence was present but the error, if any, was the voters’ not Russia’s.
