He wasn't convicted of a federal crime, was he? He spent time in the joint in Nevada for a state offense.

You think Trump knows how pardons work?

A 3 year path may jeopardize mid terms.

if it were me I would do a 3 year path if I were inclined to said path.

Good point. It will be interesting to see how many people on there cannot be pardoned.

When the pardon list comes out, I'm setting the over/under line on deaths caused: at 22, fraud committed: $932m, total years in jail deleted (based on avg. life expectancy) 611.

Sorry can only pardon for federal crimes; OJ was convicted of armed robbery under Nevada law.

NYT alert: DoJ won’t pursue charges against Richard Burr.

They do realize a new administration could change that in, like, 18 hours. Right?

I think a fictional character will get pardoned.

Shit, Trump will pardon Tony Soprano and Paulie Gualtieri.

"Wile E. Coyote has been treated very badly."
    or
"Hans Gruber is an American hero. He scared the little snowflakes of Los Angeles, where they have a lot of Mexicans. For that, he should be congratulated. Not as much as me, but close."
