What's getting cut in Trump's budget

 

Jumping in to throw in a tweet about Canadian politics as we have some sideshows of our own.

Politician running to lead one of the 3 main national parties walks back a tweet in an idiotic nod to the perpetually offended.

 

Here's the breakdown by department of Trump's budget:

EPA is cut by 31 percent.
State is cut by 29 percent.
Agriculture and Labor by 21 percent each.
HHS by 18 percent.

Look at the link for all the specific things proposed to be eliminated altogether. It won't take long to find some common themes.

 

I'd bet anyone here a six-pack that Donald Trump has little to no idea what's in his budget except the munitions spending increase and the appropriations for the wall. I'll bet he doesn't know many of the agencies do or even if they exist that the budget calls for eliminating. This is the product of Mulvaney, Freedom Caucus stalwart made OMB director. And when the shit hits the fan (things don't exist in the budget unless they have a good deal of popular support), Trump will do to him just as he's doing to Ryan about health care -- he'll pass the buck of blame.
