    To be honest, Paul Ryan and R leadership failed Trump bigly here. If they had any ideas of their own, spent any time doing literally ANYTHING about health care beyond promising to repeal the ACA, this wouldn't have happened. Truly pathetic.

    Well I am, dammit.

    It was a good and much-needed start. But instead of trying to improve it or work out the bugs, the GOP tried to destroy it.
