    This is the damn truth. Ryan was the guy drawing up the plan. Trump got elected and it was quickly obvious that he was utterly clueless and going to let Ryan put his out as the party's program. I don't know wtf Ryan was doing with his time, but it sure wasn't spent writing a solid health care bill.
