Surprise, another event that predates Trump that he's taking credit for. Been an answer to the Commies' May Day celebrations in many a small town.

 

Yeah, but I think it is one of those things every president is expected to sign an annual proclamation for to keep away the socialist cooties or something. It just stands out a little more now, especially since May 1 has seen a recent uptick in immigrant protests, which may really mushroom this year.
