“A disrespectful fan threw a bag of peanuts at me,’’ Jones said, “I was called the N-word a handful of times tonight. Thanks. Pretty awesome.’’

Well, now we know where Dick Whitman went.

New lint is smarter, too. I'd also give the edge to the lint that accumulates in the commercial driers for months or even years.

Gerald Ford was a prince of a guy. Terrible president, but a great guy.

On the subject of accumulations, how do you get all that Jif out of your butthole?

You're not that bright, so I'm guessing you use a fork.

At a sublease, I once pulled out the lint trap. I think this was the first time this had happened in years. The contents were just like an illustration of sedimentary layers of earth.

The back layer of lint -- possibly almost a decade old -- would have been way smarter than you.

A shame your dad didn't. Was he stupid, too?

Agreed. The book "Write It When I'm Gone," a decades-long collection of conversations reporter Thomas DeFrank had with Ford with the intention of not being printed until after Ford's death, provides a fascinating look into him and reveals his decency as a human being.

I think Ford was an underrated President. But I think history will judge both of them as generally very good persons.
