Hell of a cast on the "Orient Express" though - Kenneth Branagh directing and starring as Hercule Poirot (!), Daisy Ridley, Johnny Depp, Josh Gad, Judi Dench, Michael Pena, Michelle Pfeiffer, Penelope Cruz, and Willem Dafoe.

As might be known, or perhaps not, "Murder on the Orient Express" is a 1930s period piece set on a luxury train for wealthy Europeans which went as far east as Istanbul, which is still Europe.

He's lucky. Gall bladder removal used to be a hell of a big surgery involving a 12" to 15" incision and a month to recuperate. Now it is done laparoscopically - three bandaids and you're on your laptop soon afterward.
