Appreciate it, but that's not really what I was pointing to. No, one shouldn't wish suffering on others, but I don't really think @Michael_ Gee does that. Rather, he pretends to wish that on those he deems not-compassionate as a way of demonstrating his compassion. It's totally full of shit.

Plus, he and others want to pretend that single-payer (or some other lefty-preferred approach) will eliminate scarcity in health care; do thus-and-such and we'll never have to say "no" to anyone again. Pointing out how ridiculous that take is isn't advocating for the less-fortunate to suffer, no matter how much the @Michael_ Gees of the world would like to believe.
