Here's an oldie but a goodie - but words don't matter.

 

I might settle for the County Mayor not using branding every agency with his/her name like the "John Smith Department of Human Services."

 

Apparently he never took one of the Top 10 courses taken by SMU football players according to classic Letterman. Others: Subtraction: Addition's Tricky Pal.
