    Well, now I'm really confused. The Google says the case was decided in 1989.

    So, why would Democrat leaders in the House and Senate sign on as sponsors of such a bill in 2005?

    There's no such thing as a "speculative tweet" when it comes from someone who's about to be the most powerful person in the world.

    Also, conveniently left out is the 2005 bill, which, again, was DOA, is that it was specifically written to apply only to acts that threatened public safety.
