Not sure where the second quote was from.

To he honest, I don't remember many press accounts of meetings between Obama and Comey.

He still may have put down his thoughts on pardons and commutations, handling of classified info, and other topics on memos.

Was Obama ever under FBI investigation?

Yes, this is a smart play.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Top Republican on Senate intelligence panel says Michael Flynn's lawyers say he will not honor subpoena.

    Single?

Nah. Until Chelsea takes a job as a teacher, fails, and is photographed smoking pot on a day where she called in sick, I'll continue to focus on many issues.

Like I said on the Ailes thread, he didn't fall; Hillary pushed him.

    Not that I'm aware of.

But, he certainly made decisions that the FBI director would have objected to -- maybe some against the explicit advice of the FBI director.

Either way, I'm sure you support the public seeing all of his memos, right? I mean, maybe with the exception of some redactions for classified info, but let's have it all on the table.

What happens if you don't honor a subpoena? I didn't realize it was an option not to honor one.

That's a perfectly reasonable thing to do after we determine if the sitting president is a criminal or not.

    Sounds like weird wording.

Wouldn't it likely mean that he informed them that he intended to invoke his 5th Amendment right if forced to appear?

Then it's up to them to decide if they want to go through the theater of having him take the 5th in person.

Are we unable to walk and chew gum at the same time?
