I've posted about the deaths of both of my parents on this board, including my mother this past June. I've posted, though in a vague manner, about my own career issues and I will say here that I was unemployed outside for some freelance and part-time work for longer than that before I started my current job. There are plenty of things I can be correctly criticized for on this board, but that wasn't one of them. So I'll just kindly suggest you stick it in your blow-up JoePa doll and have a lovely evening.

Doesn't the latest election pretty much invalidate the idea of disqualifying someone's political opinion just because they're a celebrity?

 

Special disdain for actors, I suppose. Different class of celebrity.

Yeah, about China. You think they're going to eagerly take Trump's phone call sometime in the next four years when we need their help to corral North Korea again? Statecraft at this level is hardly ever black and white. There is only thousands of grays. And Trump doesn't have a fucking clue.
