It's a lot less time than that to enter the country illegally though.

What do you think is the reason for the repeated attacks in London (and Europe)? Are they all "lone wolf" attacks? If you were investigating the reasons for them (and assuming you were interested in trying to stop them in the future), what is the one obvious thing they have in common? Shouldn't that be taken into account and explored (assuming you were interested in trying to stop them in the future)?

Interesting that being professional could so easily be construed as dissing Trump. If anything it underscores the president's shortcomings more than if it were a pointed remark.

9/11, but Trump is basically a walking, talking recruitment video for terrorists so he has the potential to be worse

The former head of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) says the U.S. does not have the capabilities to vet Syrian refugees seeking asylum in the country.

“Particularly from certain parts of the world, I’m just not sure that we’ve got the background information — they talk about screening, they talk about being able to review everybody in a timely way, and it may take a year or two,” Tom Ridge told John Catsimatidis on “The Cats Roundtable” on New York’s AM-970 on Sunday.

“I’m just not confident that they’ve got sufficient information from law enforcement, the intelligence community to do effective screening,” he added.

“So, a pause for refugees from that part of the world is very appropriate at this time.”

James B. Comey, Director, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice: “We can only query against that which we have collected. And so if someone has not made a ripple in the pond in Syria on a way that would get their identity or their interests reflected in our databases, we can query our databases until the cows come home but nothing will show up because we have no record of that person…You can only query what you have collected.

Jeh C. Johnson, Secretary, U.S. Department of Homeland Security: “It is true that we are not going to know a whole lot about the Syrians that come forth in this process… That is definitely a challenge….We know that organizations like ISIL might like to exploit this [Syrian refugee resettlement] program

James Clapper, Director, Director of National Intelligence: “As [Syrian refugees] descend on Europe, one of the obvious issues that we worry about, and in turn as we bring refugees into this country, is exactly what’s their background? We don’t obviously put it past the likes of ISIL to infiltrate operatives among these refugees…That is a huge concern of ours.”

This has been explained to you multiple times. Are you just ignoring those posts? Are you too dumb to understand them? Are you too dishonest to admit you were wrong in taking Trump's side this time? Is it all of the above?

Well, if Trump is the opposite of all the European leaders liberals like to now compare him to, why is it that their countries keep getting attacked? Unfortunate coincidence?

We need to follow the lead of Europe and just let them in. Then not offend them by bothering them once they are here. What's the worst that could happen?

And that somehow renders the two-year, 20-step process useless and means that we were letting refugees in, no questions asked
