You always have to keep in mind that the President of the United States is a total idiot.

 

Question about the travel ban: The President's people keep saying it is meant to be a "90-day pause" to give him time to look at ways to enhance the vetting of (Muslim) people coming into the country. We're now well past 90 days since he first signed the order. Has any progress been made on ways to enhance the vetting process?

If the objective was to find ways to enhance the vetting process, and the ban was only supposed to last 90 days, why bother fighting it out in court anymore? He's had the 90 days (and then some) to enhance the process, so the administration should be implementing those changes already, right? After all, we know this was an urgent matter of national security.

 

Plenty of conservatives, too. Maybe moreso. They just have to keep it closer to the vest.

 

It was fun exiting a stadium last night and walking under an overpass with police snipers crouched above us with rifles trained. That was neat.

Iran was funding terrorists before the original nuclear-related sanctions, while the nuclear-related sanctions were in force and since the deal, so please enlighten us as to how any of this relates to the deal.

Then when you finally figure out that you have no good answer to that question but still want to scream about how awful you believe the deal was, tell us what should or could have been done unilaterally by the US in the deal's place and how that would be making the region more stable now.

 

You forgot Grover Norquist, who is a cork in the ass of progress at both the state and national level.

 

Pre-deal Iran had the same amount of money to sponsor terrorism as post-deal Iran. Got it.
